Works perfect for my foster kittens as a play area while I clean their crates. I can even take them to work with me and they can play in this at my desk. Well worth it and I do highly recommend.Got this for my three month old puppy so I could have an alternative to his crate that would give him a little more room to play and be in the living room with everyone else.He loves the playpen and walks in there by himself to get away from my other dog, take nap, play with his toys...But holy smokes Batman, when I zipped him inside he noticed instantly, and this 5 lbs yorkiepoo has some major lungs on him. Now this is where the real test came in. I had to leave him in there while I showered, I could hear him screaming and clawing at the netting nonstop. I figured that playpen would not last through my shower. I was wrong! It's held up perfectly in the last month, I haven't found any tears yet, despite his best efforts to claw his way out. Now, he did figure out how to work the zipper... Apparently he scratched enough at the top corner where I ended/met the zippers and snagged them just right. And gotten out twice.. So far he has only figured it out for the top left corner, when I remember to finish closing it at top right it becomes an enigma again!I do recommend getting a doggy bed or mattress that covers most of the interior of the playpen. If a dog bumps one of the sides from the outside (like when they are trying to find the door) sometimes they can push a wall in a little. Keeping a dog bed inside should help keep the shape of the pen. Plus the bottom is plastic that's very thin, so it would be good to have something soft. The roof of the playpen is the same mesh and zips all the way around, making it much easier to drop the puppy in!By now he's actually earned enough trust that I haven't needed to zip him inside in a while, but it's a really convenient option.Todd was Perfect for my puppy and all the camping trips we go on.Alot nicer than expected, definetley only big enough for a cat or small dogGreat put three small dogs init. And they have a lot of RoomI love it, I’m using it for my toy poodleGreat price, quick delivery, I would order again. Waterproof bottom provides a great place for food and water to sit without damaging the floor. This is great for my tiny yorkie puppy however I wanted to write this to make other dog owners aware my puppy got himself tangled in the elastic which keeps the pen together when flat. It is on the outside of the pen but my puppy was playing and got his neck caught then was trying to get his head free and ended up making it worse. Thankfully I was in the room and saw what was happening so was able to free him but if I wasn’t I’m worried he could have strangled himself. I have now cut the loop so it’s fine it’s a fantastic pen just wanted to point out this happened to me so for others to be aware.Bought this for a tiny rescue kitten that was coming into a household with two other recuse cats, one of which is semi feral so I bought it to keep the kitten separated and safe whilst everyone was getting used to each other. It was also used for her to sleep in our bedroom at night to keep her safe and allow us to get some sleep. It was just big enough for a litter tray, bed, food and water pots but would be improved by the addition of a waterproof base. Standing it on puppy pads or a cut down waterproof backed sheet solved the problem of very occasional accidents and very regular tipping up of the water bowl. She is now very nearly a fully grown cat and has long since stopped sleeping in it, though she still plays in it in the 'playpen ritual' every morning after which it is folded down giving us space back in the bedroom. It's no claws barred whilst she's playing in it and it's standing up to the punishment quite well. All in all it was perfect for what I needed it for.Very quick and easy to put up and collapse. Had a slight plastic smell, but put catnip and our cats favourite toy of the moment (the shoe box) and she went straight in.This item does not have a carry case/bag, but does have elastic strap to keep item from popping open once collapsed.
