What I like about these is the stabilizer bar. Yes, I got one without but when I discovered it, I wrote the seller and they are sending out a replacement. Sometimes things are missing but if you just write in, you will likely get what you need. Some complain about it missing a plug...but I took mine all out as I'm planting and using outdoors and I don't mind not having a plug. I like the colors. Not too big and not too small. Someone complained about the measurement but if you ever go buy wood, a 2x4 is not a 2x4. I believe they showed a picture and is was just under 16". It is not uncommon to round, you just need to know it's the way things are. Not a reason to give a 1-star. I started planting this week and so far so good.I purchased this to store my outside hose and I am pleased with it for this purpose. I like the color of the dark brown, It blends in with the color of the bark mulch, and my hose is black. I like that it has a drainage hole, too.Nice not too big not too smallDecent Value and works for what i needed it for. However, missing plug.This thing is great, and looks great too. I love that it comes with a bracket to help keep the top sturdy. Many other planters fold out and look cheap when you fill them with soil/grow media. Not this one!I'm using it in my daughters room as a planter above her fish tank. I have a pump send water to the planter, then a drain going back to the fish tank (aquaponics). It works great. Using Hydroton grow media and filling this thing with water, makes it pretty heavy. Even with that weight, the included bracket keeps it held together perfectly.So GOOD!!!This planter is attractive and made with non flimsy plastic that is sturdy. The stabilizer keeps it from tipping or buckling from the weight of the soil when filled. I would not hesitate to buy from this company in the future.Arrived promptly and they are now in my front yard with flowers in them (2). They have a brace that goes across the narrow part that will keep them from bulging out as the root systems grow. I really like them.Overall I’m pleased w this planter. It was smaller than I anticipated, but it’s worked well this summer as an herb planter
